Dental Hygienist – Full-time (32 hours)

Position Type: Full-time (32 hours per week)
Pay range: $79k-93k per year, DOE
Location: Point Arena Dental Clinic

Summary: Our ideal Dental Hygienist candidate is a licensed professional who welcomes, soothes
and invites patients into our clinic. They provide oral healthcare and educate patients about oral
hygiene. They perform maintenance cleanings, administer fluoride and polish, and teach patients
how to care for their teeth properly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene school. 

Current California Dental Hygienist License. 

Working knowledge of the use and application of computers, and specifically NextGen
electronic dental records system. 

Ability to maintain accurate, detailed reports and records, and communicate effectively,
in writing. 

Must have good organizational skills, and have the ability to work independently as well
as in a team setting. 

Minimum of one year’s experience working in a dental setting preferred. 

Current CPR certification.
