Grants Pass dental hygienist PT or FT

Seeking a positive dental hygienist that desires appreciation and support in a progressive and team oriented environment. Candidate must be open in communicating their needs and wish to enjoy the field of dentistry.

Covid vaccine or exemption form accepted

Candidates must have:
OR dental hygiene license with anesthesia credentials current
BLS current

TB Current titer or vaccine per Oregon Health Authority
Exemption or vaccine card

Nitrous oxide certification or in pursuit for certification within 90 days of employment
