Job description
The Insurance Coordinator/Specialist is responsible for the following essential duties:
- Verifying insurance eligibility and estimating co-pays
- Send, Review and Handle Insurance EOBs
- Call Insurance to solve Denied Claims
- Write Letters to Insurance to Appeal Decilined Claims
- Scheduling patients and collecting all necessary information
- Maintaining a friendly and welcoming relationship with all patients
The ideal candidate will have at least the minimum skills and abilities:
- Experienced with Dentrix
- 5 years dental insurance verification knowledge
- Worked with Oral Surgen, Perodontist, Endodotist and/or Implanting Surgen
- Chinese speaking preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
