Applicants MUST live within 15 miles of Spring and Cypress, Tx. Travel is required weekly.
We are seeking a friendly office team member. We are specialized in Orthodontics - the practice is fully digitized and paperless.
- This is an ENTRY LEVEL position only.
- Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is not required.
- We are willing to train the right person.
- Background checks will be completed and references will be verified.
Qualified candidates must possess:
- Professional appearance
- Great attitude with an outgoing personality
- Computer literate
- Great work ethic
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Typing 45+ wpm
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying Insurance
- Submitting claims
- Processing payments
- Answering telephone calls
- Keeping work area neat and organized
- Represent practice in a professional manner
