Hours:
- Monday: 12:00 PM - 7:00PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00PM
- Wednesday: CLOSED
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00PM (2-3x/month!)
- Sunday: CLOSED
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office activities and provide assistance to staff as needed.
- Manage and coordinate insurance verification, collections, and appeals.
- Organize and present payment schedules with patients.
- Coordinate schedules with hygiene and dentists.
- Treatment presentation
- Ensure that records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy and security regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
