Role Description:
A Design Coordinator at AZDS is a highly organized, trusted and agile contributor to the company’s Client Services team. The Account Coordinator assists on multiple digital design marketing projects and initiatives in service of ensuring excellence in execution of the marketing campaigns and deliverables we deploy for our world-class clients.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist creating, designing and programming various digital marketing elements for multiple channel executions, including, but not limited to, Digital Display ads, Social Media ads (including short video snippets for Instagram, TikTok, etc.), Website elements, Email templates and others
  • Develop visual elements for a variety of marketing deliverables leveraging each client’s unique brand identity, style guide and lexicon to appeal to their target audiences
  • Assist in designing emails for various CRM platforms
  • Assist in other design and content related projects
  • Assist on numerous client-related projects and deliverables as part of our Client Services’ overall deliverables
This person must be able to:
  • Be agile and nimble to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and execute deliverables as priorities shift in a dynamic agency environment
  • Keep up with the always-evolving world of digital marketing, learning, and diving deeper into new industry capabilities
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a planner’s mentality, always thinking two steps ahead
  • Balance multiple projects and wear multiple hats on a daily basis
  • Work effectively and efficiently independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrate impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Be hungry and motivated to learn, roll up their sleeves and grow
Key Skillsets:
  • 2+ years design experience, preferably within digital marketing
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other creative design development tools
  • Figma and UXPin experience a plus
  • Basic HTML experience
  • Experience creating, editing, and managing content within a CMS, preferably Wordpress
  • Experience building and coding email content within CRM systems preferred
  • Passion for and/or experience in the Luxury Travel and/or Hospitality industry a plus
