Specialized Recruiting Group is looking for a talented administrative specialist for a boutique design showroom in the Huntersville, North Carolina area. Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, greet customers, enter detailed orders, create accurate quotes

• Logistics support for the sales team

• Track purchase orders, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing

• Work directly with builders, designers, home owners and Manufacturers Reps

• Maintaining product literature files to ensure the most current, accurate information is always provided to customers

• Continuous training with Manufacturers Reps to stay up to date on new and existing products

• Organize and maintain product literature files

• Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
