Design Specification Representative

The Design Specification Representative (DSR) is the primary interface between Manhattan Laminates and the Architect & Designer community, where the majority of products on projects are initiated; thus the DSR is responsible for getting ML products specified at the onset of a construction initiative.

Job Description

• Act as a key member of the Manhattan Laminates team within the assigned geographic area to identify new opportunities for sales within the A&D community.
• Work closely with Territory Managers and Inside Sales to track & close projects
• Utilize a pre-call planning and post call follow up approach to all customer activity and document activity in SMP – ensuring activity is accurate and up to date.
• Identify and understand the competitive landscape, inclusive of product, and actively share these findings appropriately.
• Advance Manhattan Laminate's position in the market through an active market presence and share growth.
• Maintain current product and program knowledge to effectively present programs and products to customers to build awareness and ensure Manhattan Laminate's products are specified.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,256.14 per year
