Job description

• Utilize design experience to assist clients in one on one consultations in store and in home regarding the design of their living spaces.
• Perform in home consultations with ability to accurately measure and access living space.
• Create and present design plans based on customers need, style and living space.
• Demonstrate clienteling skills including follow up with clients including sales, promotions and product arrivals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
• 1-2 years retail sales experience(specialty retail preferred)
• 1-2 years customer service skills
• Strong communication skills and customer follow up skills
• Employment /promotion to this role will be contingent on successful completion of a background check.
• Casual Associates must available to work a minimum of 2 regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday Saturday and/or Sunday) and one during the week. (Monday-Thursday) . Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season (November and December).
