Overview
We are seeking an experienced, visually talented individual who has a track record of contributing to outstanding, multichannel marketing designs that not only look great, but perform effectively as well. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who is aware of current trends and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do
- Develop new, high-quality visual concepts within our existing brand guidelines, work with key stakeholders to ensure broad alignment, and create assets for use in various media and contexts.
- Advise and collaborate with marketing groups and other departments to successfully manage and maintain the continuity of the Impinj brand.
- Solicit and understand feedback in a way to effectively interpret and implement necessary design updates.
What you'll bring
- Prior experience as a graphic designer, senior designer or related role.
- A strong portfolio of past design and creative projects with examples of leading creative from strategy to execution.
- Expert with design software and editing tools. (InVision, Adobe, etc)
- Solid command over design techniques and visual elements, with strong aesthetic sense, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- Located in the Seattle area and can come into the office a couple days a week
Compensation and Benefits:
The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.
The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $55 - $65HR. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. US based employees have access to healthcare benefits; a 401(k) plan and company match among others.
