Job Title: Desktop/Application Support Analyst

Location: Detroit, MI

Scope of Services:

Client is seeking full-time, qualified candidates who will utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve as a Desktop Support Analyst for a two-year limited term. Responsibilities include support and inventory audit of all client devices, printers, computers and equipment, manage and support decommission of all 3G devices, Avaya VIOP phone support, AV conferenced room support, Zoom meeting support, application installations and knowledge of ITSM Cherwell ticketing system.

• Mobile Device support and inventory audit of all client devices
• Mobile Device management and installation to decommission all 3G devices by Feb 2022
• Avaya VIOP phone support
• Image / Deploy Windows 10 workstations
• Inventory and audit of department printers
• Inventory and audit of department computer & equipment
• Application installations and inventory
• Audio Visual conference room support
• Support Board and community meetings (Zoom)
• Knowledge of ITSM Cherwell ticketing system,

Clearance Forms:

Firms must have valid and current approved Clearances (Income Tax and Accounts Receivable) from the client.

It is highly advised firms complete and maintain their approved Clearance status via the new online portal in advance of knowing if your candidate is awarded the position. The approvals are valid for one year and are required by both the clients prior to award. Failure to have approved clearances will hold up the award process. The validation process can take 15 – 30 days. If a firm fails to have approved clearances, their candidates will not be interviewed. Contracts cannot be awarded to firms that have expired or denied clearances.

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support services in the management of IT computing devices and applications used by client.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field (4 years’ experience in lieu)
• Desk side support experience required
• Desktop imaging and deployment experience required
• Highly Motivated, Team Oriented and Process Driven
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment through both self-directed learning
