Deskside Engineer – Onsite:
Job Description:
Essential functions that would be required to perform:
1. Image Deployments
2. Installation, configuration of OS, System and Applications
3. Analytical skills on Software, Hardware and Network(LAN is sufficient) related troubleshooting
4. IMAC, Rolling out Desktops, Laptops, and related peripherals
5. Printer Support
6. Incident handling/Management, Service Requests Handling
7. Dispatch management
8. Hardware Inventory Management
9. Performing Data/Software cleanup prior to Asset disposal
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Apps
2. Should possess good communication
3. Should be both assertive and possessing sense of empathy while handling this role
Added Advantage:
1. Experience in MAC Support
2. Experience in POS and Mobility Support
3. Familiarity with Active Directory group policies
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
