Manage information technology and computer systems, ensure users IT issues are resolved within the agreed SLA,

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • IT Assets management and compliance for that location
  • Hardware platform: Laptop/ Tablet/ Handheld device L2/L3 support.
  • OS: Windows 10 OS, MAC OS, IOS ,Android
  • Install, Configure & troubleshoot the desk side tools like Office (o365, MS teams, one drive, Outlook), conferencing tools like WebEx, go to meeting etc.
  • Email Client: Outlook install, configure and troubleshoot.
  • Location compliance to be maintained (Antivirus, patching, Disk encryption)
  • Account specific compliance to be adhered and sustained.
  • Location VIP support to be taken care:
  • Support VIP in establishing the conference calls (telecom/ video/ Dx80/ Spark) and troubleshoot the connectivity issues.
  • Perform Daily, weekly Preventive maintenance on proactive basis to ensure the health of the IT assets owned by the VIP
  • Coordinate with Domain team/ Vendor / OEMs to resolve the issues
  • Good Communication skills
  • ITIL Certified (foundation)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
