Job description
- Providing customer break fix support for designated IT equipment in plant and campus
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces PC hardware and software systems
- Knowledge of networks and servers and ability to provide hands on support
- Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time
- Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- West Palm Beach, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
