We are looking for a DevOps Architect to work remotely in the United States!

Approach to implement the following:

  • Best practices in branching strategy
  • Enforcing reviews through pull request
  • Adding quality gates leveraging static & security scans in CI (Continuous Integration) and Dynamic/Smoke/Regression in CD (Continuous Delivery).
  • DevSecOps
  • Test automation integration to DevOps pipelines
  • Reimagining release process for faster Time to Market
  • Creating and implementing Jenkins pipelines as code for continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) using tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, Jfrog Xray, Veracode, Snyk, Gerrit, Junit, Jacaco, Cucumber, Selenium, Ready-API, SoapUI and others
  • Extensive experience automating and integrating various manual processes using Groovy
  • Experience with container-based and VM-based deployments in the cloud

Ability to document and train on CI/CD best practices

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with SalesForce platform
  • Extensive experience automating and integrating various manual processes using programming languages such as Java, Python, Shell Scripting, Ruby etc

Experience creating CI/CD for applications in NodeJS, Java micro services, along deployment to, Container platforms like OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud foundry application Servers.

  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jmeter, ServiceNow and Helm

Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Working experience of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban technologies

Self-starter and quick learner

Requirements

Must Haves:

  • At least 2 years of experience with creating pipelines and supporting DevOps enablement platform Copado in SalesForce (Must Have)
  • Experience driving DevOps transformation for mid-size to large-size enterprises.
  • Experience performing DevOps assessments.
  • Utilize maturity frameworks/questionnaires.
  • Deep Dive into our clients’ DevOps ecosystems and validate responses to questions.
  • Baseline DevOps maturity/adoption
  • Derive a target maturity based on consensus and build a roadmap to achieve target maturity.
  • Create pipeline blueprint designs for automated Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery – Tools, Frameworks, Process, and Culture.

Identify and recommend metrics/KPIs to measure DevOps transformation outcomes.
