Congregational Home is hiring for full-time and part-time 2nd shift dietary aide positions! WE ARE ALSO OFFERING A $500 SIGN ON BONUS!

Shift: 11:00am-7:30pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by preparing dining rooms, taking orders, and serving meals to residents
• Assist in the preparation of meals and special events as needed
• Clean dishes and equipment, maintaining a clean kitchen workspace by adhering to cleaning schedules and infection control procedures
• Assist with other essential kitchen functions, as directed by department leadership and/or Chefs

Qualifications:

• Great customer service with a passion for serving seniors
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in food preparation in a health care setting is preferred, but willing to train
• Must be available to work rotating weekends and some holidays
