The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dish room and the sanitation of all cutlery, pots, pans and dishware. The Dishwasher is responsible for placing desserts on meal trays and checking all meal trays for accuracy prior to loading into meal delivery carts. The Dishwasher is responsible for delivery of meal carts, clean dishware and bussing carts to each unit. In addition, the Dishwasher is responsible for keeping the pantries on each
wing stocked with required supplies.
