Summary:
The primary purpose of the Dietary Porter is to provide assistance for the dietary department.:

Job Responsibilites:

• Dietary Porters will assist the cooks with prep work and other requested tasks.:
• Dietary Porters will assist with dishwashing and cleanup.:
• Dietary Porters will transport carts to units and other dietary tasks as needed by the food service director.:
• Dietary Porters will store and date groceries, put away and rotate stock, keep the floors in the kitchen clean.:
• Dietary Porters will also be responsible for taking out trash and recyclables.:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to read and comprehend food order and directions
• On-the-job training provided:
