We’re looking for someone who is has a knack for editing, organization and digital content management through multiple technology platforms. The Digital Program Specialist updates and manages all content-related technology platforms for our Certification Department and is the primary internal and external point of contact for content-related CFE Exam Program product support.

Essential Functions
- Acts as the primary owner and subject matter expert for all CFE Exam Program technology platforms, including various content management systems, the learning management system that hosts the CFE Exam Prep Course, and the ACFE’s digital rights management software.
- Creates and maintains SOPs and training documentation for all technology platforms and provides support, training, and assistance to team members and other departments in navigating the programs or troubleshooting issues.
- Communicates with technology vendors and coordinates with other departments to resolve software or platform problems.
- Updates and manages content and assets (videos, images, and interactive elements) in the various content/learning management systems and provides instructional design support.
- Serves as the primary owner of all Certification and Exam Program web pages and content, including the Online Fraud Examiners Manual WordPress site, Certification-related Sitecore pages, and the department’s Sharepoint pages.
- Coordinates with other staff members to ensure that all website content is accurate, consistent, and grammatically correct.
- Proofreads and updates Certification-related communications in Salesforce and serves as the primary point of contact for annual correspondence reviews.
- Edits and updates Certification-related digital publications, including the Exam Candidate Handbook, and provides additional editorial support for the department as needed.
- Supports product improvement initiatives related to the CFE Exam and its preparatory materials and assists with quality assurance checks.
- Oversees and conducts technology-related testing and other quality assurance work for new or updated products to ensure that they are built correctly and are error-free.
- Develops, maintains, and promotes effective internal and external relationships and works collaboratively with other ACFE employees and members.
Position Requirements
- BA/BS degree in English, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Possesses technological expertise and the ability to learn and navigate new software platforms quickly.
- Experience updating and managing digital publications and websites.
- 2–3 years of previous publishing, editorial, or communications experience.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proven skills in balancing priorities and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Proficient in basic web and HTML coding; previous WordPress and Sitecore experience a plus.
- Experience using learning and/or content management systems preferred.
- Experience using digital rights management software a plus.
- Instructional design experience a plus.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills preferred, including familiarity with Chicago and AP styles.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Thorough understanding of grammar, style, and current English usage.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
