The Online Pharmacy Data Activation Partner is responsible for achievement of overall sales/profit and KPI goals for the Royal Canin US Vet business by serving as a catalyst between the Royal Canin US business and our Online Pharmacy partners to drive better health outcomes. This position represents a significant piece of the VET Pillar Business and is responsible for the development and implementation of medium- and short-term strategies to deliver profitable growth while maximizing ROI. They are responsible for working cross functionally within Royal Canin to drive the future direction of the business and our external partners to drive mutual benefits through data activation. Ultimately, they will help expand new and innovative service solutions to our customers and partners within a dynamic, rapidly growing, and changing environment with the goal of increasing demand through our partners.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree- Master’s Degree Preferred
3 – 5 years’ experience managing accounts at headquarters level
Demonstrated experience or knowledge of digital best practices (online consumer engagement techniques, eMerchandising, traffic building, social media, & website user experience)
Data and project coordination experience preferred
Experience successfully working in complex cross-functional team and selling environments
Strong communication skills & ability to build & maintain positive relations internally and externally
Strong organizational, task and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Experienced using Microsoft Systems (Excel, Word, Power Point)
What would be your key responsibilities?
In partnership with the OLP Key Account Manager, achieve all assigned scorecard targets - GSV, NSV, Share, P&L, Mars KPIs.
Develop digital and data driven account partnerships that deliver the realization of account strategies and objectives through data activation and digital marketing.
Understand our partner’s systems – know their capabilities and limitations, how they work, identify their gaps, and find intersections where additional data can help to close them.
Lead cross-functional resources to meet the objectives of both the internal stakeholders and external partners to drive data activation with our partners. Drive partner management needs to ensure progress and issue trouble shooting.
Scan the industry for best practices and seek out new data activation use cases, bring back best practices from the industry for test and learn and propose strategy to implement via partner services.
Identify new opportunities to achieve profitable sales growth objectives through the application of data within assigned accounts.
Monitor and track partner activities and pilots to test effectiveness and ROI for future business opportunities.
Ensure plans are in place and executed to support test and learn projects and pilots with partners.
Works with key stake holders to establish goals and objectives for implementation of projects – then monitors and drives continuous improvement as needed.
Provides project/product performance on a periodic, quarterly, and annual cadence.
Analyze and report pilot or other initiative results to detail trends and results.
Cultivates effective multi-level and multi-functional customer relationships, building customer equity and driving improved customer satisfaction, and business performance. Responsible for maintaining an effective and harmonious working relationship with other Royal Canin USA sales management and field personnel whose support is essential for success.
