National Purchasing Partners (NPP) is a group purchasing organization offering organizations and associations access to an aggressively priced contract portfolio with world class vendors. NPP is a member-based GPO with over 300,000 member organizations and hundreds of thousands of other eligible organizations across the public and private sectors. National Purchasing Partners is owned by a nationally acclaimed non-profit medical center (Virginia Mason Medical Center). Armed with over 35 years of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) experience, we pride ourselves on peer-to-peer relationships with associations to efficiently grow business for our vendor partners.

This position is based in SeaTac, Washington.

NPP's digital graphic designer creates visual concepts for our marketing and communications efforts. This position designs the general look and materials used in our print and online presence. The designer plays a crucial role in ensuring that our brand is conveyed in a consistent and attractive manner. The graphic designer works with type and imagery to achieve an artistic and quality appearance. Responsibilities include: Conceptualize, design and produce print and online materials, including collateral, advertisements, web and email graphics, flyers, brochures, digital advertising, presentations and more. Estimate time required to complete projects. Develop draft layouts of materials and present to manager for approval and review. Adjust concepts based on input from team members and stakeholders, incorporating them into cohesive design. Ensure that visual assets across all media are consistent with brand guidelines. Update materials as necessary. Manage and maintain graphic files, including photos, logos and art.

Qualifications

Graphic Design Diploma and experience in Adobe Creative Suite required. Experience working on design projects in workplace or agency environment. Portfolio of work showing both print and online projects. Preferred: College/University Graphic Design Diploma. At least one year of agency or workplace experience. Portfolio showing range of print and online projects. Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office.
