About Over The Top:

Over The Top (OTT) is a growing Digital Marketing agency with an emphasis on serving domestic franchise businesses in the health, wellness and beauty industries. Working remotely but based in Southern California, our Account Management team works with nearly 1,000 clients to provide a broad range of digital advertising services, customer communication tools, ongoing analysis of performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to maximize their business growth. We have a passionate team dedicated to creating solutions to improve our clients’ bottom line.

About the Account Executive:

Using a variety of digital data tools, including some proprietary OTT databases,
Account Executives provide support to Account Managers by gathering critical information and data that informs our clients about their digital marketing performance. Account Executives are detail-oriented, excellent at onboarding new clients and internally lead the new-client launch processes, campaign schedules and budgets. They have a service-minded attitude, are effective communicators and can adapt their demeanor to serve a wide variety of personalities and digital competencies. Account Executives are comfortable working with different digital advertising technologies, able to articulate common technological problems, and share solutions with clients that are provided by our internal programmers and support personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:

● Marshal information, data and resources for Account Managers to ensure OTT clients have clarity about their digital marketing performance and improvement recommendations (Co-Op presentations, Traction Tools Scorecard Metrics, VIP presentations, etc.)

● Work with clients, OTT Account Managers and other OTT constituents to ensure new clients’ business information is obtained accurately and added to all necessary systems in a timely manner for a successful digital launch.

● Provide Account Managers with new-location launch schedules and budgets
(NCL/NSO Calculators), and revise these when launch dates are changed or campaigns are paused; collaborate with the OTT Accounting Team to ensure these changes are accounted for in the client-billing process.

● Participate in the development and distribution of internal and external/client tutorials and digital best practices (written + video) in conjunction with OTT
Production, Creative and Performance Media teams.

● Patiently, politely, and professionally guide clients with step-by-step instructions when troubleshooting common technical problems they may experience (i.e. linking Instagram to Facebook accounts, logging into the OTT CRM system, etc.); collaborate with OTT’s Technical Support representative to assist with more complex technical matters that may arise.

● Send mass communication emails to our clients regarding matters that may affect their business such as upcoming brand promotions, changes in our software, how to improve their SEO, managing holiday hours and SOPs to use
OTT’s products and services effectively.

● Use all of OTT’s business management and communication platforms to keep stakeholders informed, tasks completed and the Account Team projects on track.

Requirements:

● Basic working knowledge of digital marketing and advertising

● Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides or Word, Powerpoint and Excel

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
