Two Hands Four Paws is an award-winning, independent company that has been working with special needs animals and their families since 1998. We offer massage, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, cold laser therapy, boarding, brace castings, cart fittings, harness fittings, and more. With a 501(c)(3) foundation, Two Hands Four Paws also helps rescue and rehabilitate animals in need.

What makes us special is our relationships with our clients and their precious pets. We build solid, long-lasting relationships with clients since we see their dog(s) routinely. Our doggy patients love coming to physical rehab, and we love catering to them and being a part of their journey. Because of the nature of rehabilitation, unlike veterinarian facilities, we build unique, steadfast relationships with our clients and patients that last a lifetime.

In this junior-level position, you will be the voice of the company on our social media channels, at events, and communicating with clients and the community, so it’s important that you’ve had experience doing this for another company.

Responsibilities:

• Must have hands-on experience managing company social media channels, based on social media best practices, including planning, editorial cal, posting, running reports, community engagement
• Keep website content updated
• Maintain digital libraries of company videos and photos; share pertinent material with clients
• Work with website support contractor
• Assist with Foundation support which includes fundraising efforts, social media, correspondence with rescues, photography/videography material
• Other marketing and communications projects as needed

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in managing social media accounts and digital marketing
• Marketing agency experience or managing an agency or third party contractor relationship is a plus
• Must have experience working with Canva and/or Photoshop; video-editing skills, a plus
• Strong communication skills and client service skills as you will be exposed to customers
• Experience using a CMS for website updates
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to multitask
• Takes pride in a job well done
• Must like being around animals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour
