Join a long-standing and rapidly growing manufacturer as a hybrid remote Digital Marketing Manager in Baltimore, MD.

Working with the Sales and Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing efforts across all digital channels, including website, SEO/SEM, retargeting, Display Advertising, and Account Based Marketing to support top level growth objectives.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing account-based enterprise strategies and high-performing campaigns that embrace the full set of digital channels. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and detail oriented, a self-starter that is highly focused on measurable growth.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our paid social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs, revenue attribution, website traffic).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize ad spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience with smart CTAs, A/B testing, and SEO optimization.
  • Create and manage marketing automation workflows to support nurture campaigns for all stages of the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Manage and maintain website and oversee management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Optimize digital channels with SEO/SEM best practices.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience working in a marketing automation platform to build/manage automation workflows, HubSpot preferred.
  • Working knowledge of and ability to implement SEO best practices, particularly technical SEO.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience creating and managing multichannel digital marketing campaigns and account-based marketing to reach marketing and business revenue goals.
