Who we are looking for:
Rally House is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the team that executes all paid media efforts including campaign ideation, setup, optimization, testing, and analysis. This person is passionate about planning, implementation, and optimization of paid digital advertising marketing campaigns.
What this role will accomplish:
- Experienced Digital Marketing Manager reporting to the VP of Marketing with 5 direct reports
- Manage all paid marketing campaigns across various channels (paid search, social, email, etc) to drive brand awareness, conversions, and incremental revenue to both online and stores
- Responsible for leading the strategy and management of digital marketing campaigns; includes budget pacing, taxonomy and ad copy optimization, and testing strategy to ensure efficient and effective delivery of campaigns.
- Maximize performance in appropriate platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.)
- Works with internal teams to maximize on-site and in-store traffic and revenue.
- Lead direction of team of 5 to incorporate strategy with an analytical approach
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to establish growth strategies and support for ongoing company efforts and initiatives
- Manage all performance marketing operational needs (ad hoc reporting, updating dashboards, setting up tracking, campaign optimizations, campaign build outs, etc.)
- Support strong growth of stores with innovative digital campaigns
- Manage internal paid marketing team.
- Drive agency and vendor relationships, partnering to execute short-term and long-term strategies
- Clearly communicate objectives, strategies, executions and results to all levels of leadership
- Ability to drive strategy while managing internal team and external agencies
What You Bring To The Table:
- Bachelors degree required
- Min. 5 years professional experience in digital marketing and paid media (buying), with extensive experience in the following: Paid Search (Google/Bing), Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter), Display, OTT
- Willingness to roll up the sleeves, digging into issues while driving resolutions
- Proven experience taking data driven approaches to paid media
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and a master of process
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects, priorities, and tasks at once
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
