Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent design and development skills to help us elevate our brand as our full-time, Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all of our digital platforms. Thorough research will be required to understand REV’s culture, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. The most successful Digital Marketing Specialist will be a strong learner with a demonstrated understanding of front-end technologies, user-centered design, and mobile-first and responsive design.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution
• Research and have a deep understanding of REV’s culture and target audiences
• Mange REV’s email marketing platform using member data
• Optimize and maintain REVfcu.com using best in class responsive design
• Collaborate with Stakeholders from concept development to delivery of final product
• User research, testing and presentation of concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to stakeholders as needed
• Enhance and maintain REV’s employee intranet to align with company’s growing needs

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in product design, graphic design, web development or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years professional UI/UX design experience with solid portfolio of work
• Experience managing digital platforms including web and email
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
• SDK or app development experience a plus
• Ability to make design-driven recommendation based on data and testing

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Three plus years of experience in UI/UX design with strong portfolio of work.
• Bachelor’s Degree or certification in product design, web development or other related fields required.
• Knowledge in front-end software including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
