About the Digital Media Manager Role

As the Digital Media Manager for PPC and Sponsored Ads you will be responsible for the launch, optimization, and results of your client’s media campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Connect Ads, and Target Product Ads.

This role will be responsible for Voyageur Group Clients’ success by managing their advertising campaigns in accordance with their goals, and budgets. The Digital Media Manager will work closely the Account Management and Merchandising teams to deliver great cross-functional support for our client.

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Media Manager who has experience in both Retail Marketplace PPC Sponsored Ads. The Media Manager understands how to achieve a brand’s goals across Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Ads, and other Marketplace media and how to communicate those results with internal Voyageur Group team members and our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Marketplace advertising is a critical component of our client’s success across Amazon, Walmart, and Target.com. The Digital Media Manager will play a critical role in our clients success by launching and managing their campaigns to optimize them for growth according to client’s goals
  • Own, manage and grow the advertising relationship and performance of your clients at Voyageur Group
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Media to develop Voyageur Group’s core skills and processes within Amazon PPC and Retail Sponsored Ads to build and drive its advertising capabilities for our company and clients.

Lead day to day management of client advertising campaigns including:

  • Clearly defining program objectives, strategy, tactics and KPIs
  • Create client advertising strategy as it relates to overall brand goals
  • Partner with Voyageur Group cross-functional team to implement advertising strategy that is integrated with all Voyageur Group services
  • Developing and delivering client communication; answering campaign questions; sharing insights
  • Effectively manage client relationship and establish trust and credibility
  • Effectively influence client stakeholders to evolve strategies and media approach to
  • Custom analysis, reporting and insights that can scale across the channel
  • Understand and optimize for the relationship between organic product listings and paid media campaigns
  • Algorithmic bid platform and manual bidding strategy and optimization to support client’s goals
  • Strategic partner management across key Marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target +, etc.) and technology partners (Pacvue, Citrus ad, etc.)

Thought Leadership and capability building at Voyageur Group:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Amazon & Marketplaces by continually evolving Voyageur Group’s capabilities, and staying on top of emerging trends
  • Actively identify new test and learn opportunities within marketplaces to build on expertise and unlock new capabilities

Requirements for the Role

  • Required 2+ years of Amazon PPC / Sponsored Ads Experience
  • 2+ years of experience directly responsible for Amazon and/or ecommerce marketplace advertising programs
  • Preferred Pacvue software experience
  • Proven track record of success driving strong positive results through Amazon and marketplace advertising campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Great client relationship management skills must be able to present results, insights, and strategy to clients. Must be able to answer tough questions with poise and manage the relationship.

Excellent Skills in the following areas:

  • Performance-based, direct-response Amazon and marketplace programs
  • Management and execution with E-Commerce advertising technologies and tools (e.g. Amazon Advertising (AMS, DSP, AAP), Pacvue, Citrus Ad, and other technologies)
  • External partner management (Amazon, Walmart, Target +, technology partners, etc.)

Details

Scope: Full Time Employment

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annual base salary plus up to 10% annual bonus

Location: Remote

Travel Expectations: Must be ok to travel to clients & company onsite meetings as required.
