Are you the type of person who enjoys translating the company vision into tangible actions? In this role, you will lead and create a vision for Vermeer’s digital product portfolio to enable the company’s strategies across the organization.

What You’ll Do
1. Co-Creation champion to help the organization understand how to improve their operations through digital solutions.
2. Direct the holistic roadmap for current and future digital products alongside clear outcomes and value proposition.
3. Champion and own the data value delivered and designed across all the portfolios within the holistic digital product roadmap.
4. Develop the product owner practice within Vermeer, defining expectations, development paths and promote team member alignment. Provide day-to-day leadership for the delivery team product owners.
5. Commission and review customer research for any of the product roadmaps.
6. Responsible for coordinating with IT Services for vendor software evaluation, scheduling and resource needs.
7. Assist in prioritizing the backlog of changes and improvements across all the portfolios, including budgets, resource allocations with custom and vendor software, communication plans and release schedules.
8. Responsible for identifying and documenting key metrics including but not limited to market share, ROI, customer satisfaction and user adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, computer science or engineering.
- 7 years of experience in continuous software delivery.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Lucid Charts.
Travel
Occasional travel is expected of this position.
Work Location
HYBRID: Some of a team member’s day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus. Discuss specific arrangements with your manager.
