Wait Staff responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff

- Memorize the menu for on-demand recitation

- High school diploma/GED preferred, but will consider current students
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required
- Capable of working well under pressure
Full-Time: Every other weekend required
Per Diem: Weekends required
Full-Time 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, including every other weekend; Per Diem 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm, including weekends
Full-Time: 8 hours per day
Per Diem: 3.5 to 8 hours per day
