Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Style.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure introduced in the future.
  • Maintaining proper food levels in the salad bar and proper rotation about date and time of said food products. Keeping dry storage clean and organized.
  • Maintain the Salad bar area clean and properly stocked.
  • Responsible for supplying clean cooking, eating, and drinking utensils.
  • Maintaining proper par levels of designated food and dry goods items by placing an order with the Sundance chef or Manager on Duty
  • Proper cleaning and sanitizing of designated equipment and dining area.
  • Keeping breakdown area clean and organized. Maintaining proper presoak for flatware and changing the solution as instructed by manufacturer.
  • Maintain bread, milk, tea, coffee, salads, cereal, popcorn, fruit, cookies, and desserts stocked and fresh.
  • Sweeping and mopping of floors throughout your shift.
  • Cleaning of The Dining Room hot line as needed throughout duration of shift.
  • Signing in and out for shift and breaks.
  • Following checklists as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
  • Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
  • Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is an essential function of the job.
  • Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is an essential function of the job.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements

  • Demonstrated willingness to learn all factors of assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

  • Health Card issued by Southern Nevada Health District.
  • Identification that establishes identity.
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
