We are looking for compassionate and committed Dining Room Supervisor

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or must willing to get fully vaccinated.

⦁ Supervise, train and schedule of all dining room team members within approved budgetary guidelines as directed by the Culinary Director
⦁ Remains informed about staff work hours and schedules, assists Culinary Director with creating a weekly schedule so that team members are able to work efficiently and effectively
⦁ Supervise, manage and train the dining room team
⦁ Clear tables of dishes during/after meals; clean tables and chairs, and pick up/clean up floor areas
⦁ Assists with entering and editing missed punches in our payroll system and ensuring their accuracy
⦁ Assist Culinary Director with recruiting, including interviewing & initial training
⦁ Assist Culinary Director with Annual Performance Evaluations as needed
⦁ Conduct Daily Pre-Shift stand up
⦁ Ensure Daily Menu is accurate and copied for menu jackets
⦁ Other duties as assigned

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
