Maris Grove is a beautiful 87-acre continuing care retirement community located in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.
The Dining Services Supervisor supports the overall supervision of dining service and the overall efficiency, sanitation and safety operations of the dining room.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $19.00 an hour.
How you will make an impact:
- Supervise, schedule, train, evaluate and coach all Continuing Care dining staff.
- Ensure the proper portioning and service of food, attractive plate presentation, and service of required diets for meals, nourishments, and snacks.
- Participate in setting up special resident and staff events.
- Assist in the organization, sanitation, and safety of dining rooms, kitchen, storage area, and loading dock.

What you will need:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- One year of dining room/food service experience, including service and sanitation.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Applicable food service license or certificate as required by the state, local or federal regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred.
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
