Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position will include intermittently lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50lbs; occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing); and intermittently (10% – 50% of the time) job-related travel.

Shift
Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Additional work outside these hours may be required based on department needs

Job Summary
The Director of Organizational Development and Learning is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs and education that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of UK HealthCare team members throughout their career progression. Department serves faculty and staff inside UK HealthCare, the College of Medicine and UK health science colleges.

Experience working with organizational development and/or learning in a large, matrixed organization, preferably in an academic or academic medical environment. SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential – or PHR/SPHR Coaching certification Psychometric assessment certifications
