We are currently looking for the right caregiver to help our client in the Vandergrift, PA. Our client is looking for a person to work Monday- Friday Dayshift 8am-1pm who is compassionate, caring and dependable to assist them at home so they can remain in the comfort of their home. Our client needs assist with light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders and meal prep/clean up. Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assistance with ambulation, transfers, and exercises
• Light housekeeping such as dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, and laundry
• Running errands such as grocery shopping and transportation to medical appointments
• Preparation and serving of meals and snacks
• Medication Reminders
• Companionship

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of home care experience, preferred (but we will train the right person!)
• Reliable vehicle or transportation
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and complete (or provide) a 2 step TB test
