Growth Team Mission

Primary Objectives

The main goal of the Growth Team is to drive business to WindowStill photographers. You are expected to help build strong brand awareness by creating and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and vendors as well as work with photographers and customer care staff to make sure we have happy clients.

Regular Work Activities

What this will include but not limited to:

Daily prospecting phone calls to real estate agents, booking appointments for team members

Connecting with agents daily through phone calls, social media, office meetings, in person one on one meetings, Zoom calls

Attending one to one appointments (for example, coffee, breakfast, lunch and learn, zoom, etc). This will provide a company credit card to cover the cost

Assist in company podcast production, scheduling real estate agents and others in our industry

Track clients

In office atleast one day a week

Daily recap of the day via phone recording

Oversee photographers on sales training

Answer any questions photographers may have on sales

Oversee any event outside of your area

Record everything in the CRM and have it up to date every day for everyone you connected with

At WindowStill we operate at a high level of performance, accomplishment, results, and accountability. As a team member of WindowStill you will have:

• A weekly team planning meeting
• Weekly activity tracker (Google Sheet)
• Undergo a yearly performance review

Training and Development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
