As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with four clients each day to challenge their growth and opportunity to participate in skill building activities. Flexible yet consistent schedule opportunities. We ask that you have the availability to work a minimum of three days per week.

Operating Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:45am-2:15pm

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance with an acceptable driving record per FSL standards.
• Provide transportation using personal vehicle to participate in community-based learning. (Fuel Mileage Reimbursed)
• Undergo required background checks.
• CPR/First Aid must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week. (M-F 8:45am-2:15pm)
• Possess personal qualities of integrity, patience, and dependability.
• Demonstrate good judgment & professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to participate in daily physical activity to include walking and standing for long periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.25 per hour
