Generations is a family oriented social services agency in southern Maine. We provide Rehabilitation and Community Support Services to children as well as Home and Community Support Services to adults. Our mission is to teach skills, empower, and expand community inclusion using a model that is family focused, strength based, and team oriented. We are looking to add a few open-minded, positive, and committed people to our growing team of Behavioral Health Professionals and Direct Support Professionals. As a DSP you would be required support an individual in working on their goals by teaching life skills and social skills and provide coaching on emotional regulation; completing progress notes; maintaining open communication with treatment team members; completing required trainings; and participating in group and individual, or field supervisions. Previous experience working as a teacher, coach, care giver, BHP, DSP, CNA, etc. is helpful; however, it is not necessary.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent; driver's license; reliable transportation; and be willing to undergo background checks. All applicants should be compassionate, energetic, creative, patient, and have a desire to provide positive impact on the lives of others.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
