Spectrum Community Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness. Our Direct Support Professionals play a vital role in making sure our individuals receive services which support and empower them, making it possible to achieve their highest potential. Flexible scheduling, benefit package and paid time off. Entry rate could be even higher with Direct Support Professional or related experience. Multiple open positions available throughout Manistee County. Must be 18 years of age with valid driver’s license, and pass a criminal history check.
