*Full Time employees will receive a $1000 Sign On Bonus

*Part Time employees will receive a $500 Sign on Bonus

*FT-$500 upon hire and $500 after 6 months. PT-$250 upon hire and $250 after 6 months.

This position is a 1:1 with an individual with Autism

We are looking for people who will work together to:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for adult developmentally disabled individuals
  • Be comfortable with behaviors that may arise
  • Assist with activities of daily living (I.E personal hygiene and care which will include showering and toileting), community recreational activities, and functional activities
  • Maintain confidential files and complete daily report
  • Be a positive role model and provide the highest quality of service to our individuals by creating an environment that is safe, respectful and positive.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED as well as a valid driver's license and good driving record, reliable transportation and the ability to pass a CORI and background check. Must be able to pass all required trainings including Medical Administration Program (MAP), CPR and First Aid. EOE/AA
