We are hiring Direct Care Professionals who will be responsible for assisting physically or mentally disabled clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to grooming, activities, housekeeping, meals, and snacks. We provide client centered holistic care, engaging our clients Mind, Body, & Spirit. These provisions of these services must be performed to ensure health, welfare, safety, and independence of our clients while remaining at home.

Job Functions:

  • Assist participants with activities of daily living as needed (toileting, grooming, eating, dressing)
  • Make bed and do laundry as indicated
  • Assistance with patient transfers
  • Assistance with Ambulation , which may include wheelchair mobility
  • Assist in preparing and/or servicing meals, snacks, and hydration to clients (if needed)
  • Keeping working areas clean at all times, Light housekeeping.
  • Attend to other duties as requested by client

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Valid Drivers License with a Clean 5 Year Driving Record ( 2 < MVC)

Prior experience working with elderly or in healthcare preferred

CPR/ First Aid training or be willing to receive training

Ability to speak, read, and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees and to relate well with participants, community, and responsible parties.

Must pass drug screen, background check & sex offender registry.

Mental Requirements: Alert and attentive to detail. Able to perform daily activities and manage multiple tasks. Must present a professional appearance, and demonstrate a positive, cheerful attitude towards employees and residents.

$250 sign on bonus.
