Job description
Lakes Region Community Services is accepting applications for full time and part time overnight (11pm-7am or 10pm-6am) Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support professional, you provide support to individuals with Developmental Disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and/or adhere to schedules designed for individuals
- Know and adhere to wheelchair and other medical equipment safety guidelines
- Ensure the health and safety of all individuals we support including medical, nutritional and hygiene needs
- Assist in ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete, such as monthly progress notes, attendance logs, and vehicle documentation.
- Meal Prep as needed
- Light housekeeping as needed
Qualified candidates must have a High school Diploma or GED, Valid Drivers License, clean criminal record, Good driving record, a two or four door vehicle, and automobile insurance
