Description:
Responsible for managing the practice integrated clinical operations functions, including mixing room and infusion services. Assumes a prominent role in the overall management of the practice, working closely with the executive director and managing physician to develop clinical policies and oversee clinical and infusion services to enable the business to run smoothly and profitably while delivering the highest quality care to patients. Supports and adheres to the compliance program, to include OSHA, HIPAA and the Code of Ethics.
Estimated salary range for this position is $120641 - $156833 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support Registered Nurse Additional Qualifications: RN License and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in Florida. Degree in a clinical related field. BSN or MSN preferred. Progressive clinical and operational experience in a healthcare environment, preferably Oncology. 10+ years supervisory experience preferred. Minimum Required Experience: 7
