Job description
Develop and support a culture in CYO that animates the mission and values of Catholic Charities throughout all operations of the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO).
Build and implement systems and supports that follow the administrative and program operational policies of Catholic Charities in pursuit of CYO program goals and priorities.
Plan, develop, implement and evaluate all programs to build a Catholic CYO culture for athletes, coaches, officials, and families in accordance with the CYO Charter and Bylaws.
Education
Preferred
- Bachelors or better in Public Administration or related field
- Bachelors or better in Sport Management or related field
