Your mission:
Lead our BI team to manage & design our data in order to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders across a data-driven organization.

Your legacy: Your leadership, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen will provide the insights necessary to accelerate Framebridge’s growth.

Reports to: VP of Marketing and Analytics

Location: Remote but will need to travel on a regular basis to Washington, DC; preference DC or New York


Who you are:

  • You are a data enthusiast who utilizes quantitative information to drive qualitative decision-making
  • You lead with a customer mindset and data-driven approach
  • You like to get your hands dirty and are always willing to dig in to help understand an issue, course correct or change direction to capitalize on something that is working
  • You have a strong technical knowledge of analytics engineering, product analytics, experimentation, data infrastructure, and an incredible vision that fosters cross-functional collaboration and change.
  • You enjoy engaging with partners on key business questions and hypotheses and telling compelling stories with data
  • You have a proven ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, operations, customer service, product, engineering, merchandising & finance functions


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the business intelligence and analytics team at Framebridge
  • Maintain data integrity across the organization, providing a single source of truth through accurate and actionable dashboards within our internal BI tool (Domo)
  • Set a strong standard and enforce data modeling best practices
  • Prepare results and communicate findings to leadership and/or business partners in order to support fact-based decision-making including risks, opportunities and/or return on investment
  • Build data visualizations and dashboards in a business context for a variety of partners, from leadership-oriented summary dashboards to more granular and detailed analyses
  • Provide proactive new analysis and data. Enable team members to define, iterate and improve upon metrics definitions and dashboard content
  • Serve as the primary analytics thought leader and brainstorm partner for stakeholders across the organization, translating business needs and problems into BI solutions
  • Forecast top-line revenue in partnership with marketing and finance


Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree (economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.)
  • 7+ years experience in a related role
  • Knowledge of the BI tooling landscape. In particular, you have experience with data visualization tooling that has components of data governance (ex. Looker, DOMO, Mode).
  • Omni-channel experience required
  • Experience in a hyper-growth company
  • Expertise in data querying tools such as SQL
  • Advanced Excel and Google sheets skills
