A Better Solution is looking for an Agressive Home Care Marketing Professional who is familiar with the Escondido Area Senior Community to work with the Chief Marketing Officer to build territories in and out of California. Must be strong in sales and have the ability to train others and quickly establish brand recognition.

**This position could become Regional--please make sure you have the capacity to travel***

Must have Home Care relationships in the San Diego Area, and Have the ability to quickly build referral source relationships.

• Ability to developement and lead a team.
• Ability to analyze operations and ensure consistency of care
• Ability to conduct client assessments as needed
• Ability to be a team player and lead and guide other members of the internal and external team.

We are looking for a dynamic, charismatic, driven leader, who can set goals, create procedure, and manage multi-location development.

Director position involves obtaining, filling out contracts, VA, Regional Center etc. Also ability to establish nationwide and local partnerships, with insurance, skilled nursing and assisted living management companies.

This position will work alongside our CMO and CEO to build our agency to a multi location system, with both Home Care and Registry business development.

Must be able to travel, and lead an internal team. Must have the ability to develop brand consistency and nationwide marketing promotions. Must be able to mentor other directors in various franchise locations.

• This position will train and supervise other Marketing/Community Liaisons in Areas that He/She opens.
• This position must be a candidate that can work within a management team of both Corporate office and Franchise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
