TMRW Sports is hiring top technology professionals to build a state of the art team, product, and fan experience from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CTO, the Director of Corporate IT owns our internal facing systems and team member experience. We’re creating something amazing, and this expert knows how to make it happen from scratch. They also have expertise in delivering results primarily through influence and vendor management, as opposed to large teams of direct reports, or personally muscling it through. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall strategy, implementation, maintenance, and support of all corporate hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Responsible for relationships with Finance, HR, and operational stakeholders to identify and deliver on Corporate IT needs and priorities.
- Partner with the Director of Cybersecurity to implement IT security policies and procedures that protect our data and systems from internal and external threats.
- Manage the rapid vendor selection process and overall implementation of selected vendor products.
- Ongoing operational management of technology vendors, especially highlighting key external partner(s) for Corporate Helpdesk support.
Experience & Skills
- 10 years of experience with Corporate IT systems and/or Helpdesk management.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, mission-critical programs and managing operations through vendor partnerships vs large in-house organizations.
- Deep experience in vendor management, from cutting edge industry awareness and envisioning possibilities, through RFPs and vendor selection, to ongoing operations.
- Prior working and leadership experience with Microsoft 365 based organizations.
- A leader in cloud-first approaches to corporate technology solutions.
- Expert in HRIS and Financial ERP solutions for medium sized enterprises.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Extreme comfort with ambiguity and change.
Location / Travel
- This role is based at our office in Orlando, FL and will not involve travel.
