Are you a seasoned food service manager looking for an exciting career in campus contract food service management?
Dining Services Directors lead the on-site management and hourly team in achieving the site's operational and financial plan per company standards and programs focused on client satisfaction. This role is responsible for consistent engagement with client though regular communication to highlight achievements, ongoing account development and works to ensure that client expectations are met continuously throughout our programs. The Director oversees the personnel management on site and works to hire, retain, and manage hourly staff in both residential dining and retail establishments in accordance with company policy. Dining Services Directors must have a strong understanding of the financial management of the unit and work to maintain appropriate financial management within our systems. Directors are responsible for the oversight and management of all other managers and supervisors assigned to the location to ensure the quality and strength of all aspects of the program.
