JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Export Sales and Operations will plan and oversee the daily operations within the branch to ensure goals and sales are achieved.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage and oversee operations within the branch, including sales, warehouse and route deliveries.
  • Support sales and business development initiatives.
  • Validate procedures and implement best practices for the branch and standardize procedures as necessary.
  • Responsible for setting up and managing operations for the company within designated region. Having broad exposure to several locations.
  • Implementation of company software to improve processes and align with entire company.
  • Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set sales goals.
  • Coordinates with marketing, sales and logistics to determine pricing, sales, and company goals.
  • Responsible for leadership and managing the staff to achieve quality work, effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a branch, warehouse and sales
management.
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
  • Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to prioritize.
