As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven Director of Finance who is deadline oriented and a critical thinker to join our Hospital. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
Shift:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Monday through Friday

Principle Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job:

• Develop, implement, and manage financial policies and internal controls
• Prepare reports that analyze, summarize, and forecast the financial position of the organization
• Analyze trends and identify cost and process improvement opportunities
• Provide Leadership to the Patient Accounts, Accounting Departments
• Understand and analyze transaction flow between Hospital management software and accounting software
• Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax compliance, cost reports, and audits
• Ensures compliance with all State and Federal regulations regarding accounting practices, billing, collections
