The Role:

Do you have a passion for providing an EXTRAORDINARY customer experience? Then the Director of First Impressions role may be for you where you will work as a Receptionist! You will be responsible for providing a Friendly & Bubbly first impression for our Guests at H+H Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, ensuring that their visit to our dealership is a positive one.

  • Maintain ALL Customer areas according to most recently updated Director of First Impressions Host & Receptionist Hospitality Checklist.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous manner and accurately direct all incoming lines to the proper person.
  • Establish and maintain a friendly, professional relationship with Customers and Associates.

The Schedule:
Full Time or Part Time between the hours of 9am-8pm.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience answering and transferring from a multi-line phone.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guests or Associates of H+H Automotive.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical skills at a high school level.
  • The Associate frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • The Associate is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

A post offer driving/criminal background check, as well as a drug screen, will be required.
